1. Dark color becomes lighter

Problem 1: A certain color becomes darker/lighter
Reason: The dye is contaminated or expired
Handling method: The dye cannot be used anymore and should be replaced in time

Problem 2: All colors become darker/lighter
Reason:
1. Inaccurate furnace temperature
2. Change the soaking time (standard time 60 seconds)
3. The dye solution is used for too long, resulting in contamination or failure
Solution
1. Adjust the furnace temperature, compare and observe, the temperature adjustment range is 15℃/level
2. The longer the time, the darker the color, the shorter the time, the lighter the color
3. Pay attention to the shelf life and storage temperature of the dye solution (refrigeration is recommended), and restore it to room temperature for use

Problem 3: Occasionally the color is wrong, and then it does not appear
Reason: contamination or incorrect soaking time during dyeing
Solution: Clean the surface of the restoration during dyeing; prevent water, oil, etc. from appearing on hands and tools Dirt; control the soaking time

Question 4: Light color or white spots appear locally on the teeth
Reason: contamination or oil or water during the dyeing process
Handling method: keep hands and tools clean, clean the surface of the restoration

Question 5: The incisal tip is dark and consistent with the neck, and the incisal tip is light and whitish
Reason: Applying the special liquid for the incisal tip too deeply will cause the incisal tip to be dark, and applying too little will cause the incisal tip to be whitish
Handling method: adjust the brushing position and amount of the incisal tip liquid according to the tooth shape. The more you apply, the lighter the color, and the less you apply, the darker the color

Question 6: The color of the missing part is dark/light
Reason: Too little/too much special liquid for missing parts is applied Solution
Method: The more special liquid for missing parts is applied, the lighter the color of the missing part is, and the less you apply, the darker the color is. The amount of liquid applied needs to be changed according to the size of the missing part
