1. Analysis of reasons for inaccurate colors:

1. If the color is darker or lighter.

a. First check whether the temperature operation is recommended by referring to our instructions. Put in the temperature measuring ring or temperature measuring block and check whether the actual temperature of the furnace is consistent with the temperature on the display screen. (If the temperature is too high, the color will be lighter; if the temperature is too low, the color will become darker). For example, the maximum holding temperature of 3D-A2 is 1470, 1500, and 1530. The holding time is 120 minutes. The sintering curve is as follows:

b. Is the layout design reasonable? Is the color at the off-cut end lighter and the color closer to the neck darker.

3.If the sintering color is wrong, please don't mix it with other brands to sinter, please burn it separately (meaning that a sintering tray is only for ours, there are multiple sintering trays that can be stacked on top of each other , it is recommended that our zirconium blocks be placed in the bottom tray , as shown below)

1. The thicker the crown, the darker the tooth color. On the contrary, the thinner the crown thickness, the lighter the tooth color.

2. When the sintering insulation temperature is 1530, the color of the denture is lighter and whiter than the color guide. On the contrary, when the sintering temperature is 1470°C, the color of the denture is darker and darker than the color guide.

3. When the crown is located at the incisal end of the zirconium block, the color of the denture is lighter than the overall color guide. The color of the neck of the incisal end of the denture is excessive and not obvious, and there is no neck color.
On the contrary, when the crown is located at the neck of the zirconium block, the overall color of the denture is darker than the color guide, the excess color of the denture is not obvious, and there is no incisal color change of the denture.
When the crown is located in the middle of the tooth, the denture has a gradient effect, but the color at the neck of the denture is lighter and the color at the incisal end is darker, which deviates from the tooth color on the color guide.

4. In addition, if the color is wrong, pay attention to whether the furnace is clean, whether it needs to be empty fired, and whether it needs to be cleaned. Put a few scraps in it, and after empty firing 1-2 times, sinter our zirconium blocks.

1.Denture sintering temperature should not be too high or too low. It is best to follow the sintering curve and sintering temperature recommended by our company.
When denture layout, try to select zirconium blocks with corresponding thickness according to the height of the denture, and try to ensure that the height of the denture is as close as possible to the height of the zirconium block to ensure that the firing can achieve the best effect.
