Vsmile Peru to Host Free Hands-On PEEK CAD/CAM Training Workshop

Vsmile Peru will host a free hands-on dental CAD/CAM training workshop on Saturday, September 12, focusing on the digital production of PEEK removable partial denture frameworks.

The workshop is designed for dental technicians and laboratory professionals who are interested in CAD/CAM dentistry, Exocad, PEEK processing, and digital dental laboratory workflows, but may not yet know where to start.

Through practical demonstrations and equipment experience, participants will have the opportunity to explore how digital technology can be applied to PEEK framework production, from digital case scanning and basic design to CAM preparation and on-site milling.

A Practical Introduction to PEEK and Digital Dentistry

The workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to experience a basic digital workflow for PEEK removable partial denture framework production:

Digital Case Scanning → Basic Exocad Design → CAM Nesting → On-Site PEEK Milling → Vsmile Equipment Experience

Rather than focusing only on theory, the session will emphasize practical experience and direct interaction with digital dental equipment.

Participants can learn how different stages of a CAD/CAM workflow connect together and gain a clearer understanding of what is involved when a traditional dental laboratory begins its digital transformation.
