Instructions for Use:
Wax Pattern
The thickness of the wax pattern shall be at least 0.4 mm and the thickness of the casting after sanding and sandblasting shall be at least 0.3 mm. In the case of a dental crown or long bridge that contains a high percentage of metal, a metal reservoir can be installed after proof by experiment.
Embedment
Compatibility is available to the market in generally accepted phosphate Co-Cr porcelain embedment. The application shall be put under strict control according to the instructions provided by the embedding material manufacturers.
Casting
This alloy can be cast with flame or through the HF process. A porcelain crucible is selected. Do not overheat during fusion. It's better not to wait till the film is broken to avoid shrinkage cavities, bubbles, etc. It is suggested that only new metal be used to keep accuracy and nice outlook of the casting. For recycled applications, only 50% of used metal can be added.
After the cast ring is opened
To cut off the sprue according to the standard, and the casting and then carry out sandblast.
Cleaning and Oxidation
Clean the sandblasted casting with the ultrasonic wave or steam and then carry out oxidation to the casting in the porcelain furnace in a complete vacuum at 980ºC. Time of holding is not necessary for a single crown and small bridge. If the bridge is too long, please hold for 2 minutes to avoid deformation.
