The processing of zirconia blocks into all-ceramic dentures requires the following processes:

1. Digitally scan the tooth or dental model to obtain 3D data of the dental model;

2. Carry out CAD design according to dental model data and design ceramic block processing model;

3. Use CNC machine tools to CAM manufacturing according to the ceramic block processing model to make all-ceramic denture inner crowns;

4. The inner crown of the all-ceramic denture is air sintered or vacuum sintered to achieve the strength and aesthetic effect required by clinical use;

5. Use porcelain powder to glaze the surface of the inner crown of the all-ceramic denture to form a porcelain-porcelain combination to produce all-ceramic dentures.
