Vsmile UT white zirconia disc dental zirconia (Y-TZP ZrO2) for highly translucent, monolithic restorations, with 700MPa an outstanding high flexural strength combined with 49% high translucency. The soft material before sintering ensures an effortless manufacturing process.
Vsmile UT white zirconia disc can be customized individually by brush or dipping infiltration or processed as a pre-shaded version. All-ceramic veneering is possible with the common all-ceramic systems. |

Process Control
1. Each step of the production process must go through a strict quality inspection, process control and repeated verification. Pay attention to recording every process detail and tiny parameters to ensure consistent quality.
2. Conduct biological inspection under ISO 10993/ISO 7405.
3. In accordance with ISO 13356/ISO 6872, physical and chemical mechanical properties and composition inspection.
4. In accordance with ISO 9693/ISO 6872, surface aging, radioactivity, and light transmittance inspection.
5. Comprehensive evaluation and inspection of milling, sintering and dyeing quality for each batch.
6. Inspect density, hardness, color, bending strength, microstructure, thermal stability.
