Vsmile ST Multi Layered ZirconiaDisc is a kind of dental multilayer zirconia (4Y-TZP), with natural color gradient and high bending strength (1200MPa). These characteristics make it possible to produce highly esthetic monolithic single-tooth and bridge restorations in the anterior and posterior regions. The specially adjusted translucency gradient ensures good coverage of the neck area and increases the translucency of the cut end area. The integrated color gradient also ensures the efficient manufacturing of natural restorations.
Product Application Vsmile ST Multilayer Zirconia Milling Disc is Depending on the height positioning of the crown, for example, the colors A2 and A1 can be attained in an A light blank. The same is true for the other shades. Best of all, however, are the four finely-tuned color layers, which always provide smooth, invisible transitions within the restoration. |

Zirconia Block Operation Guide
Scan/Design- Milling- Sintering- Polishing- Glazing Finished
Opting the appropriate zirconia blocks according to the size and shape of the crown or bridge, fix it on the CAD/CAM milling machine with the adhesive and scan it by CAD/CAM Scanner.
Setting the parameter by the ratio and shrinkage of each zirconia blocks.
Milling Open the system, finish the milling. Please handle the finished products gently.
Put the finished item in the sintering furnace.
Use a polishing tool specially made for zirconia to adjust the occlusion and shape of the restoration. After coarsely finishing.
Proceed to external dying and glazing.
The whole production is completed.
